Melvin's Limousine Services c-o First Baptist Church Of Deanwood 1008-45th Street N.E. Washington, DC 20019 The nature of the complaint is that Melvin Duboise failed to return money due back from renting a limousine for a Wedding that was scheduled for June 24, 2006 which was cancelled on the June 15, 2008. His contract states that you will lose the deposit and loose 50% as long as the contract is cancelled with in 72 hours of service. This Wedding was cancelled well before 72 hours.
