I went to Memorial Heights ER for some chest pains and they got me in immediately. Bryana at the front got me set-up quickly and they moved me to the back.
Nurse Kristin and Techs Max, Jeff, and Jackson all knew their duties and moved me through the various tests and procedures. Jeff only had to poke me once. Jackson and Max only had to place the EKG pads once with no pulling and replacing. All were very knowledgeable and had great bedside manners. Nurse Kristin talked me through what they were doing and kept it light-hearted but informative.
Dr Behzadi came in with my results and helped me understand what he was looking for and what he found and what we could do to help address the results. He, too, was very nice to talk to as we talked sodium and glucose and stress tests and Astros playoffs.
The whole Memorial Heights team was a pleasure to be seen by and I'd definitely go there again.
