I went to Memorial Heights ER for some chest pains and they got me in immediately. Bryana at the front got me set-up quickly and they moved me to the back. Nurse Kristin and Techs Max, Jeff, and Jackson all knew their duties and moved me through the various tests and procedures. Jeff only had to poke me once. Jackson and Max only had to place the EKG pads once with no pulling and replacing. All were very knowledgeable and had great bedside manners.
