I bought a couple of things from this website on the 22nd of Dec 2008, I knew I wasn't going to get them in time for Christmas which was fine. No Problem. They deducted the money out of my account and I was patient enough to wait until the 29th to ask for a status on my items. No one responded and this was sent to their Customer Service department which I was then responded to on the 3rd and was told they were shut down and I said Ok, it was the holidays. But I was told that they were to ship out on the 5th of January 2009! 6th comes around, no tracking number, no update!

***The complaint box they have there will only allow you to send them a 1 or 2 sentences anything more then that, it will keep telling you to go back to the same box and resubmit! So I ended up sending several messages about 2 sentences each and they responded today and told me I will have tracking number this evening! I still have not heard anything and no tracking number either! My order still shows that it is sitting in the WAREHOUSE!!! I am very frustrated and truly pissed off and I would hate to have anyone go through what I am going through right now. This is down right ridiculous! I have already purchased and have paid shipping for also. This was my first time purchasing from this website and most definitely the last!
