I bought a couple of things from this website on the 22nd of Dec 2008, I knew I wasn't going to get them in time for Christmas which was fine. No Problem. They deducted the money out of my account and I was patient enough to wait until the 29th to ask for a status on my items. No one responded and this was sent to their Customer Service department which I was then responded to on the 3rd and was told they were shut down and I said Ok, it was the holidays.
