Last year I purchased online Bumpits Volumizing Inserts which included two large inserts, two free small inserts, and for an additional shipping and handling fee the free Hollywood insert. First, the print was very fine and I didn’t realize that I was paying a total of $14.90 for shipping and handling for a box that cost under $6.00 to ship according to the USPS standards provided to my company. Second, my original order never shipped and I had to call again on 05-14-2009 to check status and your very kind customer service representative shipped me my order which I received on May 19, 2009.

I am very disappointed with the marketing strategy that you used and the outrageous charges for the shipping and handling. I am glad that I liked the product because to ship it back to you would cost me more than the product is worth. On June 2, 2009 and then again on January 28, 2010 I wrote you letters requesting consideration for a partial refund and the requests were ignored.
