Purchased tires and 1 year service of tire rotation, got my car serviced at my Honda dealership 5-6 days after my new tires were put on, Honda stataed I needed an alignement because my car was going off to the right. I called merchant and dropped car off for 7 hours. When I picked my car up the same thing happened... it had not been fixed it was still going to the right. When I called back all Iwas told is " to bring it back". (who has the time to keep bringing their car back) I even called the "corprate office", what a joke I still have not recieved a call from anyone there. Eventually the manager calls the following week to try and "fix" everything. There is sooooo much more to this incident, but in all I would NOT recommend anyone I know to go to Merchant tires, they will get your money and do a horrible job. Their customer service is non-existent and the corporate office is a joke, I STILL have not recieved a follow up call and I have followed up at least 3 times, It has now been 2 1/2 weeks!!! Never again.
