Purchased tires and 1 year service of tire rotation, got my car serviced at my Honda dealership 5-6 days after my new tires were put on, Honda stataed I needed an alignement because my car was going off to the right. I called merchant and dropped car off for 7 hours. When I picked my car up the same thing happened... it had not been fixed it was still going to the right.
