I had a large print custom framed. I went in to pick it up and happened to notice on the sheet I was signing that my order total on the sheet was almost $10 lower than I had originally been charged. I asked about it, and the clerk told me they had "verified measurements" and it had resulted in a lower price. Well, she would not have refunded my money if I hadn't asked about it, and they never bothered to point it out to me. If I had not had my original receipt I doubt I would have ever caught it at all, because they do not give you a second printout when you pick it up. Word to the wise: bring original paperwork, check it against the paperwork they have you "signing" at pickup, so you don't get ripped off. I can't tell you how many framing orders I have placed at Michaels' in the past, and have no way to verify that this has not happened dozens of times to me already. Needless to say they have lost a customer today.
