I had a large print custom framed. I went in to pick it up and happened to notice on the sheet I was signing that my order total on the sheet was almost $10 lower than I had originally been charged. I asked about it, and the clerk told me they had "verified measurements" and it had resulted in a lower price. Well, she would not have refunded my money if I hadn't asked about it, and they never bothered to point it out to me.
