I absolutely agree with all complaints against this company I have read here. I've been through most of what I've read and more. It seems they've been doing business like this for a few years with no improvements. They rarely pick up the phone, have never returned a voicemail (I probably left 20), and only responded to me in a timely manner when I left negative feedback on Pricewatch. That order they responded to is still not complete after 6 months. Many, many promises, bogus tracking info when they do send it. Most of the time they say they'll send tracking info by end of day or next morning and nothing ever comes. Once they told me they'll call me right back after the system reboots but they never did. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with and I do alot of purchasing for my company. Never again, I don't care how cheap they're selling it.
