I absolutely agree with all complaints against this company I have read here. I've been through most of what I've read and more. It seems they've been doing business like this for a few years with no improvements. They rarely pick up the phone, have never returned a voicemail (I probably left 20), and only responded to me in a timely manner when I left negative feedback on Pricewatch.
