We purcahsed two disk drives with overnight delivery and only received one disk drive. No packing slip/receipt was included in the box, showing that only one drive was shipped. We have no proof that the full order was not fulfilled. Their telephone number is not answered, eventually the call is routed to a voicemail box that is full. OnLine Chat, when available, is extremely slow. My first OnLine Chat lasted over 90 minutes, with extremely long pauses between exchanges, and ended with the assurance that the second disk drive was sent from another location and that we would receive it in the afternoon. The next day I chatted again, with the same person, until he "left the chat conversation" after 90 minutes. Dean Miller, the OnLine Chat CSR, this time said they only had one disk drive in stock and that I could have a refund for the second drive, or they could "ship the other drive today, or refund his money." I requested a refund of the drive plus applicable overnight shipping charges. Dean said "Ok" when I pressed for more details, credit refund number, or some of proof of our conversation he abruptly ended the chat link. Do not trust this business, do not trust anything they promise.
