We purcahsed two disk drives with overnight delivery and only received one disk drive. No packing slip/receipt was included in the box, showing that only one drive was shipped. We have no proof that the full order was not fulfilled. Their telephone number is not answered, eventually the call is routed to a voicemail box that is full. OnLine Chat, when available, is extremely slow.
