1) Ordered a Netbook on the 28th December 2009 (Lenovo S10-2)
2) Shipped via UPS on 29th December 2009
3) Lost by UPS (stolen most likely within network) and officially recognized on the 5th Jan 2010
4) Microsoft store does not know how to handle delivery exceptions at all (j...ust check there FAQ's). It took 3 emails and 3 phone calls just to get them to check with UPS
UPS (8th Jan 2010).
5) UPS recognized and approved the lost claim on the 15th Jan 2010.
6) So far been another 3 calls and no furhter progress... same response every time... please wait 1 to 8 business days for someone to contact you...
It has been 1 month allready and I still havent got anywhere.
If I could have choosen zero stars I would have done.
