I purchased a Toshiba laptop from the Microsoft store online on 1-1-10. Delivery was scheduled for 1-8-10. Microsoft hired UPS to deliver the computer. The computer was delivered to someone else, and the someone else who signed for it denied receiving the computer. Microsoft, from the first to the third phone call has done nothing but jerk me around. It refuses to refund me my money or send out another computer. I would not advise anyone to purchase anything from them. I have had much better luck with high price purchases at places like Amazon... read full review »
