I applied for this on the internet. Less than 24 hours later I called to cancel. At no time during our conversation did the person tell me that I needed an RA number to return this. Then they posted the charge of $13o.41 to my account which then put me into overdraft. When I called them they did not care. Their answer to me was well you did not ask for an RA number!!! Any other company would of supplied this while on the phone. They are a fraud and a scam company. My suggestion is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. When I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager, they took my number and no one called me back. It took me 3 more times to finally speak to a supervisor, where I again received no assistance. FRAUD/SCAMMERS/FRAUD!!!
