I applied for this on the internet. Less than 24 hours later I called to cancel. At no time during our conversation did the person tell me that I needed an RA number to return this. Then they posted the charge of $13o.41 to my account which then put me into overdraft. When I called them they did not care. Their answer to me was well you did not ask for an RA number!!!
