I ordered this ipod shuffle for my mum's xmas present on the 3rd of December. I got confirmation via worldpay that the transaction was successful. As I hadn't heard anything from them, I emailed them in mid-december asking politely where the ipod was as it was getting close to christmas. I got no response, and so phoned them on the 21st December. I got through to someone called Fred who ssaid that i ordered the ipod after their cut off date and therefore wouldn't receive the goods in time for christmas, he said they had a collection coming for the goods on xmas eve, and my ipod was in there, so I should get it before the new year. I still have no ipod shuffle, and it's the 14th Jan. I have emailed him, and tried calling several times but you can't get through his voicemailbox is so jammed with messages, probably from other people like me who have been ripped off.
