I ordered this ipod shuffle for my mum's xmas present on the 3rd of December. I got confirmation via worldpay that the transaction was successful. As I hadn't heard anything from them, I emailed them in mid-december asking politely where the ipod was as it was getting close to christmas. I got no response, and so phoned them on the 21st December.
