I purchased a montego bay set and the day that we brought it home it was broken from the arm rest so i called it in to the store being that we had just got in 2 hrs previous and they stated that they couldnt help me and I had to contact the service department, which I did and it took them several days to come out and have a look at it but then finally Conns service stated that they had to order parts and it turned into my worst nightmare! 3 months later there still was never a repair done so I called once again just like I had called everyday for the past 3 months and they stated that they would come out on a thursday, well they did but never replaced my sofa set with new parts just a few nails and a furniture marker and yet it broke in the same area again! I there for called and requested a exchange and yet they kept denying me my right to an exchange it took me 9 months of calling every single day and alot of yelling before i finally got an exchange and yet they owed us a credit of $400.00 but the just erased it from our account and told us that we had no credit!
