I purchased a montego bay set and the day that we brought it home it was broken from the arm rest so i called it in to the store being that we had just got in 2 hrs previous and they stated that they couldnt help me and I had to contact the service department, which I did and it took them several days to come out and have a look at it but then finally Conns service stated that they had to order parts and it turned into my worst nightmare! 3 months later there still was never a repair done so I called once again just like I had called everyday... read full review »
