I called Motlanthe to advise them that they are still processing a request for funds with my employer every month even though my account was fully paid. She argued with me, and would not even look into the matter. Never the less, i got the matter sorted out (without her help) and as we speak the Motlanthe company is drawing up a paid up letter. I am disgusted in the manner in which she spoke to me, their company is in the wrong and taking money from me and all she can do is raise her voice and to top it off, hang up on me. I want a written apollogy from Maritza and the money that they owe me. I wonder if the companies that use Motlanthe know that they cannot even balance their customers statements, they made such a BIG mess of mine and other customers... i bet you if those companies find out, Motlanthe would soon be out of business. Maritza needs to know how to save the face of the comany that she works for, being rude is definitely not the right way to go.
