I called Motlanthe to advise them that they are still processing a request for funds with my employer every month even though my account was fully paid. She argued with me, and would not even look into the matter. Never the less, i got the matter sorted out (without her help) and as we speak the Motlanthe company is drawing up a paid up letter. I am disgusted in the manner in which she spoke to me, their company is in the wrong and taking money from me and all she can do is raise her voice and to top it off, hang up on me.
