His customer service is horrible. We cannot get ahold of him to pick up the bike and he never called us to let us know that the repairs were finished with a final bill. In fact, it has been over 8 months trying to get in contact with him and we STILL have not received a call back!! The only communication for the month of December was an email stating his phone service wasn't availble while he was out of town. If you have all the time in the world use him, but if you want dependable customer service, go else where. I should of learned the first time when he repaired our first bike, it took me over two weeks to get him to call me back. Hes avoiding our calls some much concerned the bike has been stolen or parted out. We camped out at this business and it didn't appear to be open. Police claim its a civil matter and I need to take him to small claims court.
