His customer service is horrible. We cannot get ahold of him to pick up the bike and he never called us to let us know that the repairs were finished with a final bill. In fact, it has been over 8 months trying to get in contact with him and we STILL have not received a call back!! The only communication for the month of December was an email stating his phone service wasn't availble while he was out of town.
