They're site offers a tailbag that features a "Removable insulated cooler bag". When I received the product I didn't find anything like a cooler bag. I wrote the site that the bag was missing. They told me the “removable insulated cooler bag unzips from the inside." There is a zipper inside the bag that reveals 3 foam panels that keep the tailbag stiff. Hardly a removable bag, just a BS response. This company is unwilling to admit either lied on their product description or didn't ship everything. What am I out? Return shipping and my refund is in store credit. What are they out? They lost a customer with a lot more buying to do.
