They're site offers a tailbag that features a "Removable insulated cooler bag". When I received the product I didn't find anything like a cooler bag. I wrote the site that the bag was missing. They told me the “removable insulated cooler bag unzips from the inside." There is a zipper inside the bag that reveals 3 foam panels that keep the tailbag stiff.
