Have a Troybilt tiller, that needs a carb kit to run, placed an order with them was told would receive it with 5 to 8 business days. Its been 7 days so I called and was told that its on back order and could take a month or more to get them in stock. So they took my money knowing they didnt have them in stock and they didnt bother to even call. We ordered it with a Walmart money card so now we are out the 43 dollars till they credit our card. Every place I call say that item is on back order. Troybilt/MTD have poor customer service. DOnt ever ever buy a MTD Troybilt product cause you cant even get replacement parts for it. I mean the tiller is only three years old for petes sake!
