We were charged for 182.60 from Mark Brown. He was hired to fix our hot tub from leaking water. He was never available for a phone call, he would never show when he said he would, he did a tiny amount of work when he finally did make an appearance, and now he has threatened us with collections rather than to get our rebuttal on an invoice that he typed out THE DAY that I called to complain about the bill. In the process of "trying to fix our leak" he: Broke our fence...he had tried to lower the tub without his equipment because he had forgotten it; broke our hot tub cover lift...then said that it was not properly installed to begin with...then charged US with the tools and time to fix it!; we ended up locating the leak and fixing it ourselves. Our hot tub is still leaking water and there was so much more that isn't even worth the time to put down, because his business ethics have proven that it doesn't matter what the customer says...he is always right. Save the time and money and do yourselves a favor...hire someone else!
