We were charged for 182.60 from Mark Brown. He was hired to fix our hot tub from leaking water. He was never available for a phone call, he would never show when he said he would, he did a tiny amount of work when he finally did make an appearance, and now he has threatened us with collections rather than to get our rebuttal on an invoice that he typed out THE DAY that I called to complain about the bill.
