GIVING ITEMS TO FAMILY OF EMPLOYEES THAT WORK AT SALVATION ARMY
I know for a fact that the higher up employess are taking items that are given as donations and giving them to their family members. I have these names and intend to go further with this complaint. This is exactly why I will not give to any charitable places because the money and items you donate do not go to the needy. I take that back some of it may but I think it all should. I mean the Wal Mart gift cards, coupons for free groceries at publix I will never give to the salvation army again. Even the cars donated go the these peoples grandchildren. It is sickening.

JustVoip or Just fraud
Two days ago I added 10 Euro to my account via bank transfer and yet my credits have not changed in my account profile. Should I expect this mistake to be corrected, or should I sue the "alleged cutomer service" company?
I read all the previous complaints and having a few websites of my own which are rather popular I am ready to take the necessary measures to prevent future Just-Fraud-Voip from happenning. There is a saying that there is no such thing as BAD ADVERTISEMENT.
Well, believe me, it's just a saying and I'm committed to prove it is very WRONG.

unauthorized charges to my credit card
My credit card has been charged $39.95 and $7.95 monthly since June 08 for a total of $287.40. I have called each month and cancelled my account rfequesting a refund. To date I have not received a refund and my account is charged every month. I talked to "Rita" today, whom I have talked to in the past - she has promised a return call from her supervisor. She also hung up on me. I want my full refund and my account cancelled.

promotion misleading
Promotion very deceptive in that is does not explain the whole requirement of how to redeem the coupon sent to me. I have complied with all the requirements and still no response from the company as to what or when they are going to comply with their agreement.

unauthorized charges
I NEVER NOTICED UNTIL NOW THAT THESE CHARGES WERE COMING OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT. I CALLED THE NUMBERS LISTED ON MY BANK STATEMENT AND THEY HAVE BEEN COMING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR THE PAST 15 MONTHS. THERE SEEMS TO BE A HISTORY OF THIS COMAPNY MAKING UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. SOMETHING HAS GOT TO BE DONE. THIS IS FRAUD IF I NEVER HEARD IT.
