My credit card has been charged $39.95 and $7.95 monthly since June 08 for a total of $287.40. I have called each month and cancelled my account rfequesting a refund. To date I have not received a refund and my account is charged every month. I talked to "Rita" today, whom I have talked to in the past - she has promised a return call from her supervisor. She also hung up on me. I want my full refund and my account cancelled. read full review »
