I purchased a 2 person indoor infared sauna from My Sauna Store. The company withdrew $975.00 from my bank within 24 hrs. I waited and waited for my sauna to arrive, when it finally arrived it was complely wrong. The company sent me a 2 person infared outdoor sauna. It has been over a month for a 10 day transaction. Everytime I call I get a person named Mike, he tells me that he will get the problem corrected. He has lied to me several times. Now to make things even worse they have had my telephone number blocked so now I can't even call the company. I was purchasing this sauna for medical reasons not ans a nice to have item. After serving 24 years in the Marine Corps and then getting older you will try anything to help with the pain of your military service.
