I purchased a 2 person indoor infared sauna from My Sauna Store. The company withdrew $975.00 from my bank within 24 hrs. I waited and waited for my sauna to arrive, when it finally arrived it was complely wrong. The company sent me a 2 person infared outdoor sauna. It has been over a month for a 10 day transaction. Everytime I call I get a person named Mike, he tells me that he will get the problem corrected. He has lied to me several times.
