I've also had a problem receiving a refund for a product that I was first told was in stock and then told was on backorder. The order was placed last summer and I finally canceled it in November 2010. I was told to wait 2-3 billing cycles on my credit card for the refund to show up. It's now been 4 billing cycles and I have still not received a refund. I can't find a phone number for this place. I've been using their online 'help'. I won't be placing any more orders with them and only hope that I will still get my refund at some point.
