I've also had a problem receiving a refund for a product that I was first told was in stock and then told was on backorder. The order was placed last summer and I finally canceled it in November 2010. I was told to wait 2-3 billing cycles on my credit card for the refund to show up. It's now been 4 billing cycles and I have still not received a refund. I can't find a phone number for this place. I've been using their online 'help'. I won't be placing any more orders with them and only hope that I will still get my refund at some point. read full review »

My husband purchased a ring from this website for last Valentine's Day. The ring did not fit so I returned it for an exchange. That was only the beginning of my journey. The return was acknowledged with a phone message. I waited several weeks but no replacement arrived. I contacted Glenda (the owner of Tres Jolie) directly by phone and she stated that the maker of the ring now lived in London and she would have to email her.
