In Dec. 2008 my father (who is 82 yrs. old) received a charge
on credit card of $29.99 from MYFITNESS.(phone# 8669722445) American Fork, UT. Not knowing what this was he paid it. Again on the Jan. 2009 statement 2 charges of $29.99 from My FITNESS-CLICKINCOME SANDY, UT. When I saw this I called the credit card
co. and then called the no. of the fitness place. Beleive it or not I got a
rep. He said they would credit the account, but could not give anymore credit because a payment had been made. I called the credit card co. back in a few days and one credit had gone through for $29.99. This is all being done in Feb. I called the fitness # back and now receive a recording that it is an INVALID no. I am now in dispute
with the credit card and also canceled the card.
