In Dec. 2008 my father (who is 82 yrs. old) received a charge on credit card of $29.99 from MYFITNESS.(phone# 8669722445) American Fork, UT. Not knowing what this was he paid it. Again on the Jan. 2009 statement 2 charges of $29.99 from My FITNESS-CLICKINCOME SANDY, UT. When I saw this I called the credit card co. and then called the no. of the fitness place.
