This nail shop has developed a reputation of poor customer service. Although you have thoroughly explained exactly what you want, it seems that the technicians are not listening. She has is very obviously prejudice and has on more than one occasion used racial slurs when refering to unsatisfied clients. They quote prices but do not provide a written receipt. Any and all minorities should try to find somewhere else. Because after a week or so your nails will be all broken and you will need a new set.
