This nail shop has developed a reputation of poor customer service. Although you have thoroughly explained exactly what you want, it seems that the technicians are not listening. When you tell them that you are not satisfied with the job that they are doing, rather than working to keep their clientele, the manager becomes very abusive and will even block the door if you attempt to leave.
