my name is sheri and I too was a product of this scam! I would like to get everyone together to try to change the law they have against loan modification and forclosure fraud . At this time the law is simply a civil law where we can hire a lawyer to get our monies back( which im sure takes forever ), however there is no criminal law for this so these companies and same people are able to reopen under other names after taking our money and doing nothing there contract said they would do for us. I have done quite a bit of research on nationwide, first legal, and now atlantic legal . I have contacted the news the ag office, the newpaper, i'm still not satisfied because like everyone else my mortgage is behind. I am a single mother who had a tragic accident and needed help and now im worse off because of these dirtbags who I visited last week, there fine they could care less what happens to us, they have plenty of money which in my opinion they do not deserve. They should go to jail. the contract they used with me was with united global one the law offices of douglas mitchell, p.a. which was bs . It had a 100% back money guarantee if they couldnt help me.
