my name is sheri and I too was a product of this scam! I would like to get everyone together to try to change the law they have against loan modification and forclosure fraud . At this time the law is simply a civil law where we can hire a lawyer to get our monies back( which im sure takes forever ), however there is no criminal law for this so these companies and same people are able to reopen under other names after taking our money and doing nothing there contract said they would do for us.
