I tried making payments to NCC Business back in August with my debit card, but was told I had to either make a payment in full or give my banking account info to them. No one should be forced to give bank routing info in return for negotiating monthly payments on a debt. I admit that I owe something to the apartment back in April, but I lost my job due to health reasons. I wrote the apartment complex regarding the charges, but did not receive a response. Instead, I was sent to collections. Since August, I have decided to just take the hit on my credit for now instead of dealing with ignorant people and headaches. I did not give them any checking info and they refused my debit card payment of $50.00 as they wanted the full amount. By the way the supervisor in the Jacksonville Office told me they could not take debit payments by phone because they could not afford it. B.S. I really hate to give them one star as they deserve less.
