I tried making payments to NCC Business back in August with my debit card, but was told I had to either make a payment in full or give my banking account info to them. No one should be forced to give bank routing info in return for negotiating monthly payments on a debt. I admit that I owe something to the apartment back in April, but I lost my job due to health reasons. I wrote the apartment complex regarding the charges, but did not receive a response.
