I was contacted by this company indicated that I owed AT&T a bill in the amount of $68.68 I said ok and that I would pay that amount however, after giving them my information they wanted to tack on a fee and at that time I informed the csr that I did not want to pay the fee. she put her boss on the phone and I informed her that i did not want to pay the fee and if that was the case I did not want to pay the 68.68. the company put the transaction through my bank anyway. Well I'm in the process of disputing this transaction. they can just deal with the bank. However I'm on a recorded conversation with the csr when I informed her that I did not want to pay this.
