I was contacted by this company indicated that I owed AT&T a bill in the amount of $68.68 I said ok and that I would pay that amount however, after giving them my information they wanted to tack on a fee and at that time I informed the csr that I did not want to pay the fee. she put her boss on the phone and I informed her that i did not want to pay the fee and if that was the case I did not want to pay the 68.68. the company put the transaction through my bank anyway.
