I was on hold for 25 minutes and the customer service department was not able to help me with my simple request! When I asked to speak to a manage they just put me on hold and I hung up after waiting 25 minutes! This company is a scam and I sure hope someone somewhere out there can do somthing about shady people like this! They don't even have a place on their web site where you can go to file a compliant so this is where im going to vent and send my compliant. Net Ten is a horrible company and I feel sorry for its employees who surly can't have any self satification for what they do for a job and that is NOTHING ( except rip you off )!!! The customer service reps. I spoke with were Mario #52910 and the second time I called Jennifer #50842. I want to complain on them for horrible customer service and on the entire company for the way they run their buisness!!
