I was on hold for 25 minutes and the customer service department was not able to help me with my simple request! When I asked to speak to a manage they just put me on hold and I hung up after waiting 25 minutes! This company is a scam and I sure hope someone somewhere out there can do somthing about shady people like this! They don't even have a place on their web site where you can go to file a compliant so this is where im going to vent and send my compliant.
