Verizon rep found a mysterious charge on my phone bill today from Network Assurance. She nor I knew what it was for. It was labeled 'Fax Monthly Svc Fee' for $14.95 being charged to my account for nine (9) months. When I called Billing Questions line I was told that my email account had registered on a website 'mysweepstakesgiveaway.com'. I have never heard of or visited this website and my email account is password protected and I am only one with access to it. After being told by Network Assurance rep that I would be credited for three months I asked to speak to supervisor. Supervisor credited me another three months 'as a courtesy'. What a freakin' joke, a courtesy after illegally billing me for nine months. I took the physical address of the company in order to write as well as the support email. Both will follow for your reference.

I will be further investigating this company as I believe this is a scam. Don't know where they got my information but they have it and have used it illegally.
